Establishment of AGBU Fresno Chapter
Founded in 1910 as the first chapter in the western region, the AGBU Greater Fresno Chapter has been instrumental in preserving Armenian heritage. Under the leadership of Barlow Der Mugrdechian, the chapter has strengthened the Fresno-Armenian community through its partnership with Fresno State University, Armenian language classes, and special events.
